Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Nigeria’s premier tertiary institution of technology, has announced openings for academic and non-teaching staff positions as part of its strategic drive to strengthen human capacity and uphold its legacy of academic excellence and innovation.

The recruitment exercise, open to both internal and external applicants, covers a wide range of disciplines across the College’s Schools and Departments. Positions are available in fields such as Agricultural Technology, Arts and Design, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Liberal Studies, Management and Business, Science, Technical Education, and Technology.

Non-teaching vacancies include opportunities for Administrative Officers, Confidential Secretaries, Accountants, Medical Officers, Nurses, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Technical Officers, Craftsmen, Drivers, and more.

Application Procedure

Interested and qualified candidates are to apply exclusively online through the College’s official recruitment portal: https://portal.yabatech.edu.ng/recruit/.

Applicants are required to upload the following:

• Letter of application


• Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with three referees


• Relevant academic and professional certificates


• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate


• Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies


• Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age


• National Identification Number (NIN) and NIN slip


• List of publications (for academic positions)

Additionally, referees are expected to forward confidential reports directly to the Registrar, Yaba College of Technology.

Deadline

The application window remains open for six (6) weeks from the date of publication. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered.
