Koica Seeks Partnership With Yabatech

Korea International Cooperative Agency (KOICA) was in Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech) lately, to inquire areas they can render help to the institution in term of technical assistance.
KOICA is the government agency of Korea Republic that provides grant of technical assistance to developing countries; the team was led by Country Director/ Regional Representative, Mr. Sook Hyun Park.
The Agency was received by the Rector of Yabatech, Engr. Obafemi Omokungbe who expressed thanks and commendation for the visit, while hoping that the visit would usher in a flourishing relationship between the College and the Agency.
Germane questions were asked by the visitors to enable them know exact areas they can partner with the institution, the Yabatech Management team together with Ag. Director, Centre of Information Technology Management (CITM), Mr. Edwin Aigbokhan and Director, Academic Programme Unit (APU), Mr. Mike Omoigie were on ground to provide answers to their inquiries.
The College is earnestly waiting and expecting the meeting to yield fruitful result through the necessary contribution of the Agency to the progress of the institution.
KOICA members who were part of the visit include HQ Coordinator, An Kwangsoo, Resident Project M & E Coordinator, Wonjun Bae, Korean Expert, e- Security, Choi Jong UK, Korean Expert Policy, Kim Sang Tae, Korean Expert HRD, Kim Jongjun, Korean Expert Construction, Lee Changjoo, Program Specialist, David Nkwa.
