COMMENCEMENT OF 2025/2026 SCREENING AND REGISTRATION OF NEWLY ADMITTED HND1 PART TIME CANDIDATES

This is to inform all Newly Admitted HND1 Part Time Candidates that 2025/2026 Screening and Registration exercise have been scheduled as follows:

Online Screening – July 24 – August 4, 2025

Physical Screening – August 4 – August 12, 2025

Please note that Registration commences after Online and Physical Screening.

Furthermore, all newly admitted HND1 Part Time Candidates are requested to upload online copies of the following documents and present original copies for physical Screening:

1.         Report of on-line verified ‘O’ Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB).

2.         O’ Level Result(s) submitted for Verification/Copy of original certificate(s) must be uploaded for result(s) obtained before 2022.

3.         Testimonial from Secondary School.

4.         National Diploma Result/Certificate

5.         Evidence of Payment for Transcript

6.         IT Letter

7.         Evidence of payment for ND Certificate (FOR YABATECH STUDENTS ONLY)

8.         Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two (2) of:

            (a)        Imam/Pastor

            (b)        Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12

            (c)        Lawyer

            (d)        Principal of your former Secondary School

            (e)        Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local

                        Government and Hospital.

9.         Evidence of Part-Time Registration on JAMB Portal
