Dear Esteemed Students,

The Students’ Union Electoral Committee (SUEC) is pleased to announce the schedule for the forthcoming 2025 Students’ Union Election. This is a call to all interested and qualified aspirants to actively participate in the electoral process. Below is a summary of the election timeline:

ELECTION SCHEDULE

           Online Download of Nomination Forms: Wednesday 12 – Tuesday 18, February 2025

           Link to Download Nomination Form: NOMINATION FORM

           Link to Download Eligibility Form: ELIGIBILITY FORM

           Link to Download Code of Conduct: CODE OF CONDUCT



           Return of Nomination Forms (Hard Copy): Wednesday 12 – Tuesday 18, February 2025 (9am – 4pm)

           Completed forms should be submitted to the Students Affairs Office within the stipulated period.



          Screening of Nominees: Tuesday 18 – Wednesday 19, February 2025

          Screening will take place at the Students Affairs Office.



         Display of Names of Qualified Aspirants: Thursday 20, February 2025

         The list of qualified aspirants will be displayed on both Yaba and Epe Campuses, as well as online.



         Commencement of Campaign: Friday 21, February 2025

         Campaign activities will commence online and across both campuses.



         Oration Day: Tuesday 25, February 2025 (10am – 1pm)

         Venue: Sport Pavilion



        Voting: Wednesday 26, February 2025 (9am – 2pm)

        Voting will be conducted online.



        Official Release of Election Results: Wednesday 26, February 2025 (2pm – 6pm)

        Results will be announced at the Yusuf Grillo Auditorium.



        Inauguration of Elected Officials: Friday 28, February 2025

        Venue to be determined.

All aspirants are hereby notified to download the nomination forms from the College Portal using the link provided below:
