1. All voting shall be virtual.
2. Nomination forms once submitted shall not be withdrawn.
3. Candidates shall conduct their campaigns with decorum.
4. Candidates shall not deface the College with campaign material. The use of FLEX BANNERS is
highly recommended.
5. Candidates shall be responsible for any damage caused in the placement or removal of campaign materials, and shall be liable for the cost of fixing such damages.
6. Candidates shall be civil and avoid the use of derogatory statements against an opponent(s) or other candidates during campaigns and debates.
7. All campaigns shall stop at 11.59p.m (before midnight), Tuesday, 17 January 2023. Any campaign after this period shall be sanctioned.
8. Vote buying is prohibited.
9. Agents are to observe and report any act of misconduct to the electoral committee. Any agent that
conducts himself/herself in a disorderly manner or disrupt the electioneering process shall be
reported to the appropriate authority for disciplinary actions.
10. All reports of electoral misconduct shall be investigated and sanctioned accordingly.
11. Election shall be conducted between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm, Wednesday, 18 January 2023.
12. Candidates that violate electoral rules risk outright disqualification in addition to other
disciplinary actions from the College management.
