Notice Of 2022 Verification/enrolment Exercise – Step By Step On-line Registration Module

This is to bring to the notice of the College 2022 prospective retirees (mandatory and voluntary) and those who missed the enrolment exercise in previous years that the 2022 Verification/Enrolment Exercise will commence on June 20, 2022 through August 31, 2022.

 

Prospective retirees are required to visit their PFAs and undergo the data recapture exercise. This entails retirees/prospective retirees providing their personal details including National Identity Number (NIN).  Retirees/prospective retirees who had undergone the data recapture exercise earlier are not required to repeat it.  Please find below other requisite documents for the exercise

 

i.          Letter of First Appointment

ii           Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age

iii.         Promotion Letter & Pay slips as at 30^th June, 2004

iv.         Promotion Letters & Pay slips as at 30^th June, 2004 to December 2006

v.         Promotion Letters & Pay slips between January 2007 to December 2009

vi          Promotion Letters & Pay slips between January 2010 to December 2012

vii.        Promotion Letters & Pay slips between January 2013 to December 2015

viii.       Promotion Letters & Pay slips between January 2016 to December 2018

ix.         Promotion Letters & Pay slips between January 2019 to December 2020

x.         Promotion Letters & Pay slips between January 2020 to December 2021

xi.         Last promotion Letters & Pay Slip (2022)

xii.        Evidence of Transfer of Service (if applicable)

xiii.       Evidence of Acceptance of Transfer of Service (if applicable)

xiv.       Letter of Introduction from MDA

xv.        Copy of Staff ID Card (where applicable)

xvi.       Evidence of Change of Name (where applicable)

xvii.      Record of Service

xviii.      Medical Report (where applicable)

xix.       Evidence of Extension of Service (where applicable)

xx.        Copy of PDO ID card (Health Challenged) Retiree

xxi.       Letter of Introduction from MDA for PDO (Health Challenged) Retiree

 

It should also be noted that an update of data capturing with the Pension Fund Administrator is compulsory for the Exercise.  Prospective retirees should endeavour to liaise with their Pension Fund Administrators for the data capturing/recapturing as appropriate.
