Physical Planning
Physical Planning Unit is an arm of the College under Rectory saddled with the responsibility of conceptualizing, planning, executing and coordinating all physical development in the College. As an arm that deals with projects, its activities/operations is being managed by professionals and administrative staff. The office is located at the second floor, seven storey building of the College.
The Unit is to monitor the on-going projects in conjunction with the Project Consultants. The Physical Planning Unit (PPU) also interfaces between the Contractors, Suppliers and the Management.
The PPU is responsible for the documentation of papers to the Tenders’ Board as part of its responsibilities as the Secretary to the Tenders’ Board.
The Physical Planning Unit comprises of the following staff;

- Principal Architect (Registered Architect)
- Builder (Registered Builder)
- Quantity Surveyor (Registered QS)
- Secretary
- Two (2) Chief Clerical Officers
